For generations, ranch workers and their families have cared for the land, animals, and community that make Point Reyes what it is today. Now, as ranches within the Point Reyes National Seashore close, many of these Familias Afectadas de Rancho (FAR) are losing their jobs, income, and homes — through no fault of their own.

This fundraiser is organized by and for the impacted workers and their families.

Your contribution is more than financial help — it is an investment in dignity, justice, and the future of Point Reyes. It ensures that these families can remain here, rebuild stability, and continue to be part of the land and community they have sustained for generations.

Every contribution keeps our community whole and honors the people who have long been its heart. All funds will go directly to the families of ranch workers in FAR affected by the closures.

En apoyo a los Trabajadores de FAR

Por generaciones, los trabajadores y sus familias han cuidado la tierra, los animales y la comunidad que hacen de Point Reyes un lugar vivo. Con el cierre de los ranchos dentro del Parque Nacional Point Reyes, muchas de estas Familias Afectadas de Rancho (FAR) enfrentan la pérdida de sus empleos, ingresos y hogares – un impacto profundo en el tejido de nuestra comunidad.

Este evento es organizado por y para los trabajadores y sus familias, quienes por décadas han invertido su trabajo, conocimiento y amor en este territorio.

Contribuir hoy es una forma de invertir en justicia, en dignidad y en el futuro colectivo de Point Reyes. Es afirmar que esta comunidad también pertenece a quienes la han sostenido con sus manos y corazones por generaciones.

Cada aporte fortalece nuestra comunidad y reafirma el compromiso de mantenernos unidos, con respeto, reconocimiento y esperanza compartida. Todos los fondos se destinarán directamente a las familias de los trabajadores de los ranchos en FAR afectados por los cierres.
